01 Planning your activation

How far in advance should we book?

Launch dates and market weekends fill quickly. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind; we’ll confirm availability and send a tailored proposal within 24 hours.

Can you fully brand the experience?

Absolutely — logo cups, branded signage, custom drink names, and a cart styled to your campaign. We’ll design the whole experience around your brand story.

Do you work retail floors and pop-up venues?

Yes — storefronts, showrooms, festivals, and venues across Florida. Up to 60 miles of travel is included in every package, and anything beyond that is easy to arrange.

What does your setup need from our space?

Very little: a standard power outlet and a small footprint for the cart. We coordinate directly with your event team or venue, so nothing extra lands on your plate.

When do you arrive on the day?

Our baristas arrive well before service begins, so the cart is styled and fully set before doors open. Teardown is just as quiet and unobtrusive.

Can you serve a multi-day activation?

Yes — we shape the service window around your programming. Many brands run us through a full weekend, from the morning rush to the final hour.

What can our guests order?

Espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, cold brew, and a selection of non-coffee options — so everyone who stops by leaves with something in hand.
