We require a 7’ by 4 1/2’ space to setup and serve. Also access to a standard 110 electrical outlet on a dedicated circuit. We provide our own extension cords.

No! Everything is self contained within the cart, including the water.

Yes. Weather permitting, and we bring a large patio umbrella for hotter days.

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured with over $2,000,000 in liability insurance in order to protect you and your guests. We will gladly provide the Certificate of Insurance upon request.

We serve all of Florida! We are based out of North Port, FL (Just south of Sarasota). 60 miles roundtrip are included in our package prices. Locations beyond that are charged .75 per mile roundtrip after the 60 miles.

A written notice of cancellation via email to hello@storiicoffee.com is required at least 30 days before the event. In such case the reservation is fully refunded.

If the notice of cancellation is received by us less than 30 days before the event, we have the right not to offer a refund. It limits our ability to rebook that date at a short time/notice, therefore our business will suffer a loss. Every situation is different, and we strive to be understandable and reasonable.

Literally Anywhere! As long as it’s a paved area if outdoors and we’re near an electrical outlet. Our cart is super compact at 5.3’ by 3’.

We love and use Coava coffee roasters from Portland, OR. We’re always ordering and tasting different coffee’s from small roasters nationwide and may be alternating. Our coffee beans for events will always have notes of chocolate and/or nuts. Those flavor profiles are the crowd favorite and provide very smooth & balanced espresso that everyone loves.

Please fill out the form on the “packages” page. We will provide the estimate. Once accepted an invoice will be sent along with the contract. Once that is signed and a 40% deposit paid, the date is yours!
